Frequently Asked Questions
Questions before you begin.
Every question is important, big or small.
Most people don't need more information — they need clarity about what they're paying for, whether the program fits their health and routine, and what happens once the month begins. Here are the questions we hear most often before someone joins.
General
You're paying for four customised diet plans, an exercise e-book built for your level, and thirty days of daily contact with a team that knows your file. Roughly PKR 500 a day.
The comparison most people make is a free diet plan online. The honest difference is that a free plan is written for nobody in particular and nobody follows up when you stop. Most people don't need more information — they need a plan that fits their week and someone who notices when they drift.
If that isn't your problem, this isn't worth PKR 15,000 to you, and we'd rather say so.
Usually, yes — with your doctor in the loop. We provide lifestyle and nutrition coaching that sits alongside medical care. We don't diagnose, prescribe or replace treatment, and for some conditions we'll ask for your doctor's clearance before any exercise plan is written.
Tell us during the health screening. If coaching isn't appropriate for your situation, we'll tell you.
Yes. Coaching is 100% online and runs on WhatsApp, so location doesn't change the service. Diet plans are built around food available where you live, and follow-up timings are set around your time zone.
Not necessarily. Your plan is built around the space and equipment you already have. Depending on what's assigned, that might mean dumbbells, resistance bands, a kettlebell, a medicine ball, a yoga mat — or bodyweight movements only.
Program fees are non-refundable. In eligible circumstances, clients may request a temporary hold or a change in plan. All requests are reviewed and approved by Fit Flex Club according to the client's situation and program status.
Talk to us early rather than going quiet — we'd rather help you restart than lose you.
A free plan doesn't know your routine, your health, your food or your budget, and nothing happens when you stop following it.
This is four plans that adapt as the month goes, plus daily follow-up from a person. The information isn't the hard part. Doing it for thirty days is.
No, and nobody honest will promise you that. Results depend on consistency, health status, medication, sleep, stress and factors that differ from person to person.
What we commit to is a plan built properly around you, and daily support for the whole month.
No. Support is daily, not round-the-clock, and it isn't an emergency service. For urgent or clinical concerns, contact a qualified healthcare professional.
