Refunds
Program fees are non-refundable.
Holds and plan changes
In eligible circumstances, clients may request a temporary hold on their program or a change in plan. All requests are reviewed and approved by Fit Flex Club according to the client's situation and program status. A hold or switch is not automatic and is not guaranteed.
How to request one
Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can. We would always rather help you restart than have you disappear mid-program.
Maximum hold length, number of permitted holds, transferability, whether the goal can change mid-month, notice period, medical-emergency exceptions and expiry of unused coaching days are not yet defined. These terms should be added only once Fit Flex Club has formally decided them.
